      • 60-minutes of coaching, instruction, and training in a single area of your event. Like personal training, only sport-specific, skills related.
    • Basic: $120/month
      • Includes monthly plan delivery. TrainingPeaks basic. Email access, with check-in on Monday of each week. Race/event prep question and answer email or FaceTime call. Great for intermediate athletes, and run specific programs.
    • Premium: $240/month
      • All features of Basic. Monthly plan delivery. TrainingPeaks Premium. Email/text access, with check-ins and response multiple times per week. One personal skills session each month. This option is perfect for the triathlete that loves to analyze their data. Also very beneficial for those just starting out on their endurance sports journey.
