Through the circuits we teach you will learn to exercise with greater efficiency, making the most of your time, whether it be 15, 30, or 60 minutes. More is not always better. Our focus is on training smart. Quality over quantity. Developing a customized program that fits your schedule and keeps you committed to a routine that may have been eluding you for years.

We believe that fitness and training is more than just sitting down on a machine and being told to push or pull a weight. Personal fitness training, from a functional perspective, is the coaching and education of exercise in relation to lifestyle, limitations and goals. Working our bodies the way that we use them. This means working large and small muscle groups alike, moving multiple joints through full ranges of motion, and constantly emphasizing stability and body control.

As your Xclusive Fitness Professional we customize programs that incorporate movement, flexibility, functional exercise, strength, power and nutrition based on your needs and wants.

Functional Training: exercises that enhance and support the activities you perform every day. Working your body in positions that simulate its natural tendencies will support you throughout your day with improved posture, alignment, and even greater mental clarity—no matter what your other fitness goals.
