In each and every one of us lies the motivation to be or do something with our bodies that satisfies a deep down desire. From person to person this can vary a lot. Our role as fitness professionals is to pull that motivation to the surface, making that desire something achievable and essentially, an essence of your being.

It is our responsibility to create an Xclusive Fitness program that allows you to achieve your desired results. We will be helping you, each step of the way, to realize components of fitness beyond body weight, strength, endurance and flexibility. As our client, you will be coached to increase your movement efficiency, balance, core strength and complete functional fitness potential.

We believe that fitness and training is more than just sitting down on a machine and being told to push or pull a weight. Personal fitness training, from a functional perspective, is the coaching and education of exercise in relation to lifestyle, limitations and goals. Working our bodies the way that we use them. This means working large and small muscle groups alike, moving multiple joints through full ranges of motion, and constantly emphasizing stability and body control.

As your Xclusive Fitness Professional we customize programs that incorporate movement, flexibility, functional exercise, strength, power and nutrition based on your needs and wants.

Functional: strength and fluidity in movement that the body is designed to do and perform every day. These movements are walking, running, sprinting, climbing, lifting, pushing and pulling.
