Purpose

To foster an environment that facilitates physical and mental growth through the modality of athletic and fitness training. My goal is to put you on the path to an elevated state, motivating and challenging you to break down barriers and inhibitors, in whatever form they exist or manifest. For you to achieve and/or maintain the qualities of youthfulness.

We are all different athletes. I’m here to be your coach.

No single program is going to be the best option for each individual. Thus, as your coach I need to know how you make decisions, what you like to do, what your strengths are, what motivates you, what scares you, what inspires you, what weaknesses you have, and what habits are leading to the choices you are making. You are my project.

I’m a strong believer in corrective exercise. We will work to eliminate muscle imbalances, created by our activities of daily living (ADL), injuries, and in some cases, years of neglect. Your current condition provides us with a starting point. Your goals give us a clear destination. Together, we will connect the current you with your desired outcome, and enjoy the benefits of a happy healthy youthful body.
