PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING
Both Susan and Jake focus on functional training when laying your fitness blueprint. A great step towards unlocking your fitness potential for the client that is new to personal training, or the individual looking to take their fitness to another level.
GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
A great way to receive personal guidance from Jake or Susan, while sharing motivation with friends and family. Also an easy way to defray costs. You can choose to workout in groups of two, three, or four.
10:15 AM Saturdays:
Functional Core – A core conditioning class focusing on abdominal strength as well as total body conditioning. 30 to 40 minutes.
6:30 PM Mondays:
Burn – This class offers a high intensity, circuit style format that focuses on a full body workout.
HOME TRAINING
We will show you how to maximize, as well as, utilize, the space you have in your home to ensure you are comfortable and motivated in your daily workouts. In-home personal training is available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to schedule your initial consultation.
MONTHLY
By signing on as an Xclusive Monthly Client it tells us that your commitment to fitness and health is of utmost importance! Our reward to you is a highly discounted rate. Commitment is either 2 or 3 sessions per week, totaling 8 to 12 per month.
ONLINE
Option A:
Full service online training/coaching. Weekly schedule of workouts, both cardio/endurance, as well as strength. Covers each day of the week, including rest days. Unlimited email access to your trainer. $175/month.
Option B:
The most economic training option. For $75/month you will receive customized strength training workouts to do on your own. They will be sent bi-weekly and feedback will be requested from you to ensure progress and success.
